To better understand how the modality will help, we leave some exercises to start training:
1- Squats: Many of us have a small wine cellar at home and often this wine cellar is situated on the ground. That is, each time you are choosing a wine, you are performing a series of squats and working your glutes and legs!
2- Coordination: opening a bottle is not easy! This process implies a total coordination of your body. It is necessary to find a stable equilibrium point in order to exert the force due on the arm without spoiling the bottle stopper. It seems that yoga has its days counted…
3 – Bicep Training: Every time you bring the glass to your mouth your biceps will thank you! This process of raising and landing the glass is an excellent exercise of flexing and extension of your muscle. As you train more, you can increase the number of repetitions and improve the physical state of your body. But do not forget to change your arms.
4- Abdominal Training: Join a group of friends for a group workout without having to lie down on the floor. Let the wine do its job and in a few minutes you’ll be laughing and working your abs! Six pack on the way!
5 – Cardio training: Do you like zumba? Drink some wine and you will see that your little foot will start to want to dance! When you realize, you already lost a few pounds doing something you like, without effort.
6- Relaxation training: Any exercise should end with a good series of stretches. Drinking wine is no exception. After a workout together with your friends, it is time to stretch out. Stretch slowly to get the empty bottles to the center of the table. With this exercise you will be able to relax all yours muscles and your mind.
