In two decades since the release of its first vintage, Bibi Graetz has become one of the most prominent figures in winemaking in Tuscany. This is mainly due to the excellent quality of its Testamatta and Colore, both pure Sangiovese. Bibi Graetz relies on old vines, which give depth and soul to its best reds. The red grapes are grown on the slopes above Florence and come from privileged locations in the Chianti Classico region, such as Montefili and Lamole. Their whites from the island of Giglio are also an inspiration, proving that Tuscany can produce excellent white wines, as well as reds.

Bibi Graetz - Vertical Testamatta

Introduction to the property on the panoramic terrace of Piazza Mino in Fiesole, followed by a visit to the cellar at the historic Villa Aurora. Followed by a vertical tasting of the 3 best vintages of Bibi Graetz’s Testamatta.

The wines for tasting are accompanied by a small plate of local cheeses, ham, and the traditional Tuscan schiacciata.
