The latest edition of Malhadinha's Viognier, made from grapes from the Vinha dos Eucaliptos vineyard, immediately captivates the nose with its rich and exuberant notes of stone fruit. On the palate, it is a finely crafted wine, round and juicy with a beautiful acidity.
Vinification and Manual harvest in the first hours of the day for 12kg boxes. After selection and sorting the grapes were destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature.
