Gewürztraminer is an aromatic variety that produces very distinctive wines. Villa Wolf Gewürztraminer is clear, fruity and wonderfully light. It shows the aromatic charm of the grape with a delicious juicy texture and a delicate aroma of spices, exotic fruits and fresh roses. To maintain a lively balance in the wine, the fruit is harvested when it is perfectly ripe but not overripe.

Villa Wolf

The vines for Villa Wolf Gewürztraminer are sustainably farmed in accordance with German environmental regulations. They are harvested by hand in the field so that a selection of the best bunches can be made. Once in the winery, the vintage ferments in stainless steel tanks and then undergoes slight ageing on lees in these. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation, so as to maintain a certain acidity that gives it vivacity. Finally, the wine is lightly filtered before being bottled.

Loosen took over the management of the family-owned business with over 200 years of history, he had already traveled the world and visited the most prestigious wine producers in search of the secret behind the greatest wines, with the aim of producing world-class wines himself.
