O Produtor, tasting note published in May 27th 2022

Reflecting the harmony between the Atlantic and the Alentejo, the Vincentian Colheita Branco exhibits a remarkable freshness, which comes from the lively acidity that this duality offers. To this is added its slightly vegetal character that results from an original blend of grape varieties, revealing an extremely pleasant and refreshing wine.

Vicentino

Vicentino grape varieties flourish in challenging soils, resulting in grapes of superior quality. The low productivity of these vines encourages the ideal concentration of organic acids, sugars and phenolic compounds, guaranteeing an exceptional raw material. With a separate fermentation by grape variety and a 5-month ageing period on the lees in stainless steel vats, this wine maintains its unrivalled quality.

Vicentino

30 years ago, when Ole Martin Siemfirst came to Portugal, the agricultural background from his educational and professional path led him to recognize the ideal soil and climate conditons for wine production in the region. Ole Martin Siem was born in Norway, but he has travelled all over the world developing his business of fruit and vegetables production and trade. Of all the visited countries, Portugal stood out both for the quality of the Alentejo wines and for the stunning landscapes of the Vicentino coast. It was ther, where the sea and the cliffs meet in one unique ecosystem that he chose to planthis vineyards. The harvested grapes from these vineyards, the result of hours of work and dedication, are the secret of the Vicentino.
