Citrine coloured, it is a very aromatic, complex nectar with floral notes. The Atlantic influence gave it freshness.
Manual harvest in a period of optimum ripeness, which provided the desired freshness and aromatic intensity. Fermentation in stainless steel vats took place at a controlled temperature of 16ºC for 18 days after vacuum filtration of the must.
