Hand-harvested Portuguese grape varieties in a Sustainable Production system: Arinto, Antão Vaz, and Alvarinho. Fermentation in French oak barrels and cement tanks, with 6 months of aging on lees in barrel.
It pairs well with roasted free-range chicken, sea bass with beurre noisette, or a pleurotus mushroom risotto.
