Torre da Palma
The grapes, harvested manually, were transported to the winery and stored in a cold chamber at 3ºC for 24h.The must was decanted at cold temperature (10ºC) and then fermented in used French oak barrels from Burgundy. After fermentation, it was aged for 6 months in the same barrels with bâttonage and sur lie.
