Light yellow color. Perfumed with tropical notes and wildflowers on the nose. On the palate, it is very fruity, with lively acidity and a balanced finish.

Sonante

A very gastronomic wine, perfect for everyday enjoyment. But not just that. It’s festive! Sonante is the one that makes you resonate, vibrate, and celebrate.

Sonante white is a DOP Dão wine from the Serra da Estrela sub-region, made from vineyards of traditional grape varieties of the region, aged between 15 and 40 years old, located in the areas of Vila Nova de Tazem and Gouveia.

Terroir of granitic soils, with altitudes between 400 and 600 m, marked by the influence of the mountain at 2000 m altitude.

Winemaking: Whole-cluster pressing followed by cooling and settling at 12ºC. The fermentation of the clear must took place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, in order to preserve all the aromas and freshness. This wine was aged in stainless steel tanks.
