Citrus yellow color, elegant and mineral aroma. The Alvarinho variety, full of tropical fruits and structure, contrasts with the Loureiro grape, floral and full of elegance, giving this white wine a unique balance. ALLO is a vibrant and precise white wine with an uneven balance due to its aromatic profile, freshness and moderately low alcohol content.
The grapes come from vineyards located in a terroir of excellence, respectively the Minho river valley and the Lima river valley, in soils of granite origin. Vinification: Grapes are harvested manually for small capacity boxes. After pressing, the must obtained is decanted for 48 hours, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature using pre-selected yeasts. Bottling takes place after the wine has stabilized, followed by a bottle aging.
