Total removal of stalks. Cold maceration for 6-8 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at the temperature of 14°C for 18 days.

Citrine color with golden hues. Very fresh and alive in the aroma, full of fruit, very appealing with the classic touch of sweet Moscatel. The slight sweetness in the mouth is compensated by good acidity and balances the whole. The finish is long and rich in flavors
