This wine has a citrus color. Fresh and intense aroma, highlighting the citrus and ripe fruits, with a slight mineral touch and toasted notes. It is elegant and unctuous in the mouth, with a balanced acidity denoting the presence of fruit. Very intense and persistent finish.
Vineyard: planted in clay and limestone soils on a gentle slope facing south, the vine rows are oriented north-south. The vineyard is managed under an accurate sustainable agriculture farming system.The grapes were handpicked at optimum maturity to small boxes at early morning hours. Grapes are destemmed and pressed. After clarification by natural settling, fermentation occurs at very low temperature for about 8 weeks. Cold grapes were destemmed and crushed followed by a slow alcoholic fermentation process at low temperatures.

The RG Rovisco Garcia brand originates from the Carvalho Rovisco Garcia family. Linked to farming for several generations, the family still manages their lands in the municipality of Avis, Alto Alentejo. In 1998, Maria Antónia de Carvalho Rovisco Garcia delegates to her two sons, Francisco and António José, the management of the lands she inherited from her parents. From this time a new dynamic is introduced, with investments in Olival and Vinha.
