ROLA Reserva Douro white wine is elegant on the
nose, with hints of apricot, white flowers and with
complexity of wood. In the mouth, this wine reveals to be
extremely fresh with plenty of minerality, with a
balanced acidity that demonstrates a long and persistent aftertaste.
Grapes destemmed and skin maceration at 8° Celsius, then slightly crushed in a pneumatic press, and the resulting must is decanted into stainless steel vats of 2,500 litres for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 14° Celsius.
