Redoma Reserva which combined with its acidity makes the wine very elegant and deep. In the aroma with a floral character in harmony with the barrel, in the mouth it is vibrant and electric with a long and slightly saline finish.
Redoma Reserva White Wine is made with grapes from old vines, planted at an altitude of 600 metres in micaxist soils. Since its creation (1995), the main objective in the production of this wine, has been to express the character of the Douro old vines. Redoma Reserva Branco fermented spontaneously in French oak barrels where it did partial malolactic fermentation and aged for 10 months. The fermentation in the barrel and the ageing on the fine lees give it a perfect structure at the end of the ageing, the best barrels are chosen, taking into account its minerality, complexity and ageing potential.
