O Produtor, tasting note published in February 14th 2020
With a yellow colour and greenish hints this wine presents great minerality and well marked notes of ripe citrus fruit. In the tasting it is unctuous, reflecting the ageing on its lees with light battonage for 6 months before bottling. A complex wine full of harmony and elevation. It presents a great gastronomic spectrum. To drink now or to keep.
