This wine exhibits intense minerality and a prominent herbal character while showcasing the full power of yellow fruits, with hints of tropical nuances. On the palate, it reveals a rich texture, clearly demonstrating its suitability as a food-friendly wine.
A Regional Alentejo Wine born from clay-limestone soils with rocky influences of granite and schist.
Winemaking: Bunches are hand-sorted on a selection table. Pneumatic pressing at 2°C. After static decantation, the wine ferments separately in stainless steel tanks before being transferred to French oak barrels (20% new / 80% used). Subsequent aging occurs at low temperatures, with gentle battonage on fine lees for four months before bottling.
