Vineyard A rigorous selection of the best Fernão-Pires grapes from ‘Vinha da Gafa’, near Sanguinhal, a plot with southeast exposure and clay-limestone soil. Atlantic climate, influenced by the mesoclimate of Serra do Montejunto.
Manual harvest for boxes of 10kg, with total destemming, soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel.
