Light citrus colour and light greenish yellow shine. It has tropical notes, passion fruit and touches of lime and basil. Very fresh in the mouth with elegance and a very long finish.
Manual harvesting of grapes in 22 kg boxes, subject to strict pre-selection at the entrance of the winery. Subsequently destemmed and pressed. Long alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature of 17º C.
Contains sulphites.
