Citric colour. Intense aroma with floral notes. A good balance, where freshness and structure give a good sense of elegance to the palate. Good and long after taste.
Manual harvesting of the grapes in 22 kg boxes, subject to strict pre-selection at the entrance of the winery. Later, it came and pressed. Long alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature of 17º C and battonage.
