Intense and complex aroma of white fruits balanced by the ageing in barrels and with a mineral touch, with the freixen character of the Douro Superior.
Manual harvesting. Soft pressing of the whole bunches. Fermentation with temperature control at 16º C. Partial fermentation in new fine grain French oak barrels followed by ageing with stirring of the fine lees.
Contains sulphites.
