Of a beautiful bright color, characterized by toasted notes perfectly integrated by strong acidity and ripe fruit that characterize our high-altitude grape varieties. A mixture of perceptions ranging from white flowers or green tea to ripe fruits with yellow pulp and dehydrated fruits. Mouthwatering finish with enveloping freshness.
The white wine Quinta do Portal Reserve is made from 50% Viosinho, 35% Gouveio, and 15% other traditional Douro varieties. It is a wine with excellent harmonization capacity. A versatile and serious white.
The harvest was manual and took place from August 23rd to September 10th.
Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation in new and neutral oak barrels. Aging for 5 months in barrel.
