Quinta do Ferro
Vinification: The selected grapes are hand-harvested in 12 kg crates, crushed and pressed in a short period, followed by a 72-hour decanting process. Alcoholic fermentation takes place for approximately 2 months at 10°C, in small stainless steel tanks. Natural stabilization with a 5-month aging on fine lees. Finally, the wine ages for 3 months in the bottle.
Gastronomy: Served between 8/10°C with all types of meats, fish, and seafood. Good with Asian cuisine, especially sushi. Also pairs well with roasted meats or fish.
