Quinta de Ventozelo
This wine can be served as an aperitif, accompanying various fish dishes, seafood, or spicy dishes, such as Thai cuisine.
20-year-old vineyard of the Malvasia Fina variety. Trained in bilateral cordon and pruned in spur.
Manual harvest during the month of September.
Vinification: After a selection of bunches in the vineyard, upon entering the winery, they were refrigerated, destemmed, and pressed in an inert environment. The subsequent cold settling and fermentation took place at a temperature of 16ºC.
