O Produtor, tasting note published in May 27th 2023
Delicate aroma, in harmony with some stone notes and slight notes of white fruit. Structured, with good mouth volume, it is a white wine with presence, supported by a good acidity and a strong mineral component. It provides a delicate aftertaste, with notes of fruit and fresh herbs.
Granite soil with clay and sand lines.
After some hours of skin contact on the day of harvest, a very slow fermentation follows. The batonnage of 2 months caused a good increase in volume which combines quite well with its acidity and minerality.
