Chocapalha wines mirror our passion for the unique terroir of the Quinta and the careful work we carry out in the fields and in the winery.
This combination results in fresh, balanced, and elegant wines, with excellent aging potential.
Vinification: Fermentation lasted for 28 days at low temperatures with skin maceration and finished in neutral French oak barrels. Aging took place in the same barrels for 24 months in contact with the lees, followed by an additional 12 months of bottle aging before release.
