Arômes de fleurs blanches attrayants, avec de légères notes de vanille. Bouche volumineuse, riche et minérale, avec des saveurs de fruits blancs comme la poire et la pomme verte. Un vin de grande présence et de caractère, avec une finale longue.

Vinification : La fermentation alcoolique a été réalisée à 80 % en cuves inox, à une température contrôlée de 16 °C, et à 20 % en fûts neufs de chêne français.

At 400 meters of altitude, with rugged terrain and predominantly granitic soil, it boasts a unique terroir that enhances the production of high-quality grapes. Integrated into an excellence-driven project based on ecological, educational, social, and tourism values, it aims to become a benchmark in Dão while maintaining a strong connection to the region and its people.
With a diverse range of grape varieties and a deep respect for winemaking traditions, Quinta de Carvalhiços captures the essence of Dão in its wines. White grape varieties make up about 30% of the vineyards, with Encruzado taking center stage, alongside Malvasia-Fina and Bical. Among the reds, Touriga Nacional predominates, complemented by Jaen, Tinta Roriz, and Alfrocheiro.
