O Produtor, tasting note published in September 13th 2023
Light yellow color with golden reflections. Intense and complex aroma of white fruits, especially pear, and new wood. Concentrated and creamy on the palate, with present and well-defined fruit, providing a fruity and pleasant taste. Long and persistent finish, leaving a sensation of freshness. The Viosinho grape variety contributes to an elegant and sophisticated wine.
Harvested manually in 20 kg crates. Gentle pressing of the grapes, must decanting at 10ºC for 48 hours. Fermentation, 50% in new French oak barrels of 500 liters, and 50% in stainless steel tanks at 14ºC for 3 weeks.
