Light yellow. Aroma of the Moscatel grape variety, intense. Wine of medium concentration, fruity with refreshing acidity, balanced, very fruity. Long finish.
The Ah Galego! white wine comes from vineyards planted at 600 meters above sea level, on schist soil and with an east-south exposure.
Winemaking: 12-hour skin maceration. Pressing. Decantation for 48 hours. Fermentation at 14°C for 2 weeks. Aging in stainless steel tanks after alcoholic fermentation. No malolactic fermentation.
