Quinta da Raza
This wine is the result of a rigorous selection of our best Avesso and Alvarinho grapes and the result of a perfect harmony between modern techniques and tradition. The harvest is manual and made into small boxes. The vinification is made by low pressure grape pressing method, followed by an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperature. Once this process is finished, 10% of the previous harvest is added to the wine, which is aged for a year in oak barrels. The must then rests on its lees in stainless steel vats for around 4 months. Before bottling, the wine is carefully filtered and stabilised by the action of cold.
