O Produtor, tasting note published in February 14th 0202
Very fine and subtle aroma, very delicate fruit presence. Perfect acidity, to accompany fish, seafood or just contemplating the sea. It shows good tropical sensations, with some citrus fruits in the mix Born of Encruzado and a bit of Malvasia.
The grapes were hand-picked into 18 kg boxes, with extreme care after 24 hours resting in the cellar for natural cooling of the grapes, they were pressed gently, fermenting at low temperature for 29 days. 10% aged in new barrels for 2 months.
