Clean, clear and bright lemon yellow colour. Floral aromas with hints of lemon and white fruit. Lively acidity leading to a young and refreshing finish
The grapes are crushed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. No barrel ageing. 100% of the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks for 3 months before bottling.
