Citrus yellow color and diverse aroma between floral and fruit. White flowers and boxwood predominate on the floral side and grapefruit and exotic fruits complete the aroma. In the mouth, it presents with a fresh and voluminous entry, with an intensity and freshness combined with volume and a slight greasiness. Finishes with good acidity which makes it fresh and persistent.
This wine comes from a blend of grape varieties: Viosinho, Gouveio and a blend of old vines. Vinification: Grapes transported to the cellar in 20 kg boxes, then destemmed and crushed. Half of the batch was macerated for 20 hours at a temperature below 10 ° C, pressed and transferred to a stainless steel vat where it was decanted for 48 hours at a temperature of 8 ° C. The other half of the batch upon receipt was pressed and transferred to the stainless steel vat for decanting for 48 hours at 8 ° C. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in a stainless steel vat at a variable and controlled temperature.
