Bright golden yellow color. Aroma with slight notes of almond, hazelnut, and green mango. Very complex in flavor, it is voluminous, mineral, and has balanced acidity. Very long finish with notes of roasted coffee.
Pé de Ganso” wines are only marketed when the winemaker classifies them as exceptional and guarantees that they will age well in the bottle.
Vinification: Total destemming with medium maceration, light pressing, and static cold settling. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
It pairs excellently with baked fish dishes, fish stews, and cataplanas.

Positive Wine manages two wineries in the Bairrada region: “Adega Original” and “Adega Quatro Cravos”.
