On the nose, it has aromas of white-fleshed fruit and wild flowers, with a smoky touch. On the palate, it's fresh, mineral and structured, with a lingering finish.
Manual harvesting for 22 kg boxes. Partial destemming (50%), followed by pressing and decanting at low temperatures. Alcoholic fermentation in used French oak barrels and stainless steel vats with temperature control. Ageing for 12 months with batonnage in used French oak barrels (25%) and stainless steel vats (75%).
