Ninfa

The vines are planted on mineral-rich limestone clay soils. The Mediterranean climate is influenced by the Atlantic Sea, which provides a significant daily diurnal temperature range. The south-facing slopes provide ideal exposure and drainage, resulting in naturally balanced wines with concentrated flavours that age well over long periods. Fermented and stored in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures.
