O Produtor, tasting note published in July 27th 2024
Yellow tones and bright appearance. On the nose, aromas of sweet fruit, pear (white fruit), white flowers and a lot of minerality characteristic of Rabigato variety. In the mouth, it is a wine with an unctuous attack the mouth, with a lively acidity, leading to a long finish, with citric, mineral and salty aromas.
Coming from a plot of land at an altitude of about 600m, the grapes arrived at the winery, rest in a cold chamber for about 12 hours.
On the following day, the grapes are pressed in an old vertical press, where the must suffers a slight decantation in underground tanks.
On the following day, the must is transferred to
French oak barrels and stainless steel vats, where the must ferments with indigenous yeasts and ageing on fine lees for about 10 months.
