João Paulo Martins, tasting note published in March 12th 2021
Presents itself very well in colour and aroma, bringing out a scraped stone side, with a slight austerity that suits it well. Green fruit, sour apple, all fine and elegant. Medium body, helped here by perfect acidity. Gastronomic result and suggesting calm consumption.
Moss is usually found in the granite rocks very common in the Dão wine region. This wine is a blend of several indigenous grape varieties, reflecting the terroir of the foothills of Serra da Estrela.

Our wines are produced using a minimal winemaking intervention philosophy to help reflect the authenticity of each grape / terroir variety. What we want is to bottle Portugal!
