Coming from the Arinto variety, from the Quinta da Romeira vineyards, it reveals the characteristics of the variety, which are presented in all its splendour, the rich aroma of minerality and the register of white and citric fruits, where the soft vanilla notes, coming from the barrels where it was aged, appear integrated and positively supporting the whole, constituting a prelude to what appears in the mouth - an intense and voluminous wine, with excellent crisp acidity.
The wine after the end of fermentation, which took place during much of the process in French oak barrels where it was aged for 10 months, promoting better integration of the wine with the wood.
