It is clean and fresh on the nose, with aromas of fruit pulp, floral and mineral notes. The palate has good structure and presence in the mouth, excellent acidity gives freshness and balance to the whole. The end of the mouth is long, fresh and pleasantly saline.
The harvest was carried out manually in 12 kg boxes in the early hours of the morning. The grapes immediately went to the winery, where there was a rigorous sorting. They were then selected, removed and pressed gently. Fermentation was carried out under controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.
