Citrus color with greenish reflections. Tropical aroma, toast and mineral. In the mouth it is unctuous, has a good volume, balanced acidity and a long and elegant finish.
The grapes from the Monte dos Perdigões vineyard were carefully selected and vinified separately in French oak barrels. This was followed by aging on fine lees with periodic ‘batonnage.’ The aging process lasted 6 months in French oak barrels.
