55% Lot “Sempre Cheio”, 35% Lot “Monte Branco”, 10% Lot “Vinhas Novas”.
Vinification: Manual harvest. This wine results from two types of fermentation: initial skin contact with temperature control and co-fermentation in used French oak barrels. Battonage for 12 weeks. Aging: 40% of the batch aged for 10 months in 600L French oak barrels (1- and 2-year-old barrels), while the remaining 60% aged in stainless steel tanks for 2 years on fine lees.
