Organic White Wine Maritávora Nº5 has a straw yellow colour, aromas of ripe peach and orange zest. On the palate shows good presence of fruit, soft and with good acidity. Leaves the mouth refreshing and asks for another sip.

Made with grapes from vineyards ranging in age from 4 to 50 years old, featuring varieties such as Códega do Larinho, Rabigato, and Viosinho, among others.

The wine fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Bottled in February 2024.

Maritávora – Investimentos, Lda. Was founded with the aim of providing a family activity with a business structure with more than 150 years of history and tradition. in the mid-19th century, José Junqueiro Júnior, father of the poet Guerra Junqueiro, acquired a set of farms and properties in the municipality of Freixo de Espada à Cinta in the Upper Douro, the vast majority of which are still held by his direct descendants. an old white grape vine planted by our ancestor at the end of the 19th century, it is still in production today, giving rise to Maritávora Nº1 Grande Reserva Branco.
