Brilliant golden yellow colour.
Intense, very mineral, celery notes, discreet and integrated oak.
Attack on the palate, fat, very fine and exotic freshness, grilled almonds. Depending on the vintage, the wine can be kept for 30 to 60 years, or even 50 to 75 years.

After pressing the whole grapes, the must is cold settled for 24 to 48 hours. Approximately 50% of the volume is vinified in new demi-muids and the remainder ferments in vats. Before bottling, the wine is aged in barrels with agitation and is controlled by frequent tastings. Organoleptic criteria determine the length of time the wine spends in wood. In general, the wine is bottled 10 to 12 months after the harvest.
