Landcraft
Sauvignon Blanc is a grape variety that perfectly reflects the soil and climate conditions in which it is grown. This wine was born in a region with clay-limestone soils, close to the sea and a temperate climate with a strong Atlantic influence, cool, damp nights and constant breezes. The grapes were harvested early, expressing the more vegetal side of this world-famous grape variety. The winemaking team’s aim was to respect the grapes as much as possible throughout the winemaking process, minimising interventions in the cellar to maximise the expression of the terroir and in particular the vineyard.
