Landcraft

The Lima Valley is the birthplace of one of the Vinho Verde region’s most emblematic grape varieties, Loureiro. With its unique and exciting characteristics, and its strong Atlantic influence, this variety achieves high levels of freshness, salinity, aroma and flavour. The grapes come from a vineyard on chalky-clay soil around 5 kilometres from the sea and another on granite soil, producing a wine with the delicate texture, elegant, pronounced acidity and intense aromas characteristic of this grape variety. The entire winemaking process respects the expression of the vineyards as much as possible. Less intervention, more expression!

Pre-fermentation maceration for 12 hours, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature. Aged on lees for 8 months with periodic stirring of the lees.
