Viticulture and Winemaking: The grapes were harvested early in the morning and, after total destemming and gentle crushing, they were pressed in a pneumatic press. The resulting must was statically clarified for 48 hours at low temperature. Fermentation lasted for 30 days at a temperature of 12°C. Subsequently, the wine was kept at 8°C in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

Served slightly chilled, it’s a perfect aperitif, pairing well with fresh cheeses, seafood, and all fish dishes.

According to João Guedes in the 2021 harvest, Julian Reynolds Arinto is an “Alentejo wine, made from the Arinto grape variety, also known in Vinho Verde and Bucelas wines, which is typically very fresh and tropical. (…) On the palate, it’s fruity and extremely fresh. I give it 5 stars.”
