It has a brilliant citrine colour with straw reflections. It reveals a very elegant aroma with notes of orange blossom, soft lime, lime and mango. In the mouth it shows a rich and well constituted acidity, with fine cut, good expression of minerality and elegance, contributing to a unique personality.
Manual harvest in individual boxes. Fermentation at controlled temperature, 3 months resting in French oak barrels. Natural stabilization, with mineral collage.
