Light yellow, citric colour. Fruity aroma with notes of apricot, citrus and tropical fruits. It presents a good acid freshness (characteristic of the region), soft and balanced to notice the fruit and a long finish.
Grapes are hand-picked in 22 kg crates, subject to rigorous pre-selection at the entrance to the winery. The grapes are then destemmed and pressed. Long alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17º C and dam.
