Not only for the wine itself, but also for the label illustration created by guest artists exclusively for each specific wine.
The grapes for Hugo Mendes Orange were destemmed and crushed in the vat where they fermented spontaneously without temperature control.
After the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the tank was covered and the masses remained in contact with the wine for 6 months.
The masses were pressed and after one week the wine was rinsed and bottled, without stabilisation or filtration.
