A wine that fully respects the ancestral method of vinification in clay amphorae.
Climate: Typically Mediterranean, found in the Vidigueira sub-region where the climatic conditions are the mildest in Alentejo, offering an optimal microclimate for the production of high-quality wines.
Soils: Low-yielding, of granitic and schist origin. Great pedological potential for vine cultivation and obtaining excellent wines.
Vinification: Vinification was carried out according to the traditional process, in clay amphorae, and without temperature control. The ancestral method of wine production in clay amphorae was fully respected. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts from the region and without addition or correction of musts.
Aging: Two months of contact with the skins inside the amphora.
